Step One
Register. This is required to provide you with a username and password that will enable you to access the website, which will be sent to your email address. No payment, no credit card is required at this stage.
Co-authors need to be registered in WCMT before they can be assigned as a co-author to a paper.
Step Two
Submit an abstract for a paper. If you do not plan to submit a paper you can pay your registration fee to attend the conference.
Step Three
If your abstract has been judged to be pertinent, you will be notified by email and you will then upload a full paper.
Step Four
After a series of revisions, which you will need to carefully attend, your paper could be accepted for inclusion in the conference proceedings. You will then need to pay your registration fee.
 

Important dates to note:

  • The deadline for abstract submission is:
    30 August 2015
  • The deadline for paper submission is:
    12 September 2015
  • The deadline for early bird rate is:
    13 March 2009
